The Paths to Success STEM Camps focus on increasing the number of black and bi-racial students in STEM related fields. They have an introductory and advance camp. They also get support from local high school students and Purdue Polytechnic.

The annual free event for fifth and sixth grade BCSC girls is to develop a better understanding of non-traditional roles in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). They also get the chance to see female role models and mentors in these career paths. Girl Up! offers three 45-minute rotations where students could explore activities from the following options: biomed, culinary arts, engineering, graphic design, precision machining and welding.

The Propeller is an initiative of the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce aimed to foster innovation in the region. The public maker space is hosted at the Columbus Regional Airport and offers a variety of free tools, expertise, and monthly workshops. They also host events that expose youth and girls to innovation opportunities.
